A recovery roll is a technique that can be performed by players to recover from a knockdown.
To perform one, players must press [jump] (default key: C) just before hitting the ground. One can hold a direction key to control which direction the character rolls.
Recovery rolls allows players to reduce the amount of time spent laying vulnerable on the ground, useful in both PvP, for taking less damage, and PvE, for the same reason but also to maintain combos.
